The location was marvellous and beautiful, and we could reach an art museum by walking. We found it in a busy area adjacent to the sightseeing spots, and great shopping area. The room was huge and nicely decorated with comfy bed. 

The staff were genuinely professional the whole time.

Unbeatable location and absolutely superb and marvellous breakfast with many choices. Historic-style building, reasonably spacious and luxurious rooms with jacuzzi, sound proof walls, as example.

Great and fab location relatively close to an art - filled church.

There where a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini-fridge-bar in the room, enjoyed that. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from Medici Chapel. The hotel was in a shopping area. 

We were in a comfortable location at a short distance from an art museum.

The location was great and unbeatable - ease of access to Palazzo Strozzi. The area was great not far from the centre of the warren of streets that make up Florence, the center of city and all the museums.  

Amazing location! The hotel was right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the major attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and 

Golden Tower Hotel was a beautifully clean, well appointed, value for money boutique hotel. The service was excellent and you couldn't ask for a better location. Our stay was relaxing and we just can't fault anything. We ate 

I have no words but it is the best quality I've stayed before. Service manner of staff is excellent and comfortable during 3 days stay. Convenient location for traditional places and good foods, meanwhile hair dryer is very heavy. 

Great location, clean rooms, good breakfast selection, friendly staff, comfortable bed, peaceful atmosphere.

The staff was excellent. The amenities and decor beautiful. Internet access very reliable and good broadband. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this one is one I would return to. Great location only a few minutes walk 

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was fantastic, with beautiful details and high comfort. The location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing, and the staff treated me with friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay. 

The breakfast is delightful and the location is unbeatable with Ponte Vecchio right on the doorstep, we would definitely stay here again if in the area.
